To whom it may concern:
Called westin hotel in Las Vegas, NV on June 20, 2019 at 8:47 pm. I was tranferred to group reservation, call went to VM, I left a message. I didn't receive a return call the following morning. So, I called the reservation desk on June 21, 2019 at 11:47 am. Spoke to reservation person, gave her all my information, McCastle's Family Reunion, my name, dates for stays in Vegas and my credit card information. She confirmed my registration and said I would received a registration confirmation email. Today(6/25/19) I received a call from reservation to schedule my registration. To my surprise, I thought my reservation was made on June 21, 2019. Reservation rep said she was returning my call from yesterday. I left a message for her on June 20, 2019. It took five days to receive a return call. I understand the you are very business in Vegas, but really five days to respond to a VM. She ask all the same question that the previous rep ask. I gave my credit card information twice. Still no email confirmation after the second round today.
