Hi good afternoon i just want to give some trouble happening in our company and please do some action or investigation help us to have freedom while were here in doha iam been work in my company more than 2years my company not allowed us to go outside even its our off they make a lots of rule only favor to them 1. We can go out only three times in a month 2. If we can go out more than three times we have salary deduction 200 3. We have curfew at 10pm if we exceed at 10pm salary deduction 50 per hour 4. The basis salary is 800 and food allowance 200 so it 1000 riyal. Every year they just add 100riyal 5. They always locked the door/gate so no one will go outside with out permission 6. They pay our salary through cash which is all the employee in doha need to have ATM card 7. We do not have medical assistance if were suck we need to provide it with our own 8. Our accomodation only besides of boys accomodation 9. In our room we are more that ten in one room we do not have enogh privacy 10. Our passport hold by the company and other documents Please do some action some of the staff have alot of compalain in polo embassy, but no action maybe because my employer have a power to take action to all his staff complian Help us to give us freedom we came here in qatar for work, but not for being a prisoner of the company does not consider there staff Help us to make a better life. I just hide my identity because iam afraid maybe my employer will know me and maybe he will send me back home. Please help us.

I need advice for what can I do for my resigning in my company. My manager said I need 60 days notice because I'm 6yrs in October 16 in my company.
