On November 30, 2018 I had a bad experience with your manager at 08601 At first I purchased for a total of 4$12cents somehow the bottle of astringent fell in exaggerated and it did the same thing that is when the wolf came out the sheep clothes she made me purchase the items again, one bag of cotton balls, one bottle of astringent and a sewing kit my credit card was rung three times to pay for the items twice and one refund for the bottle of astringent. I am a veteran on disability and you aloud your manager to take my sweat and blood money.

I have been shopping at family dollar for over 20 years in South Jersey. The last two years I have been living in North Jersey and have had the absolute worst experiences ever. I am no where near racist and I understand there are a lot of Spanish people in Paterson NJ. However, every time I go in a FD around here the cashiers cannot answer any of my questions and never know what I am talking about. Why would the company have people working on the register who does not know both English and Spanish? Not only have I witnessed people walk out at the register, but also complain in the stores. Its just very frustrating.
