History
Ronald Reagan Washington National Airport opened its door for public on 16th of June 1941 and currently covers about 860 acres area including 733 acres on land and 127 acres underwater. The airport has nearly 44 gates including thirty five in Terminal B/C and nine in Terminal A. Every day the airport handles number of long-haul and short-haul flights such as Air Canada, Air Tran, Alaska Airlines, American Airlines,
Delta Airlines, Delta Frontier,
Jet Blue and various others. In addition to this, the airport operates various nonstop destination flights.
