This is just an idea for your Copenhagen cans. Why do not you put a string, about the size of dental floss, under the paper label around the can and have a little extra sticking out. This way your customers won't have to find something sharp to cut the label with if they do not happen to have a knife handy. All they have to do is to pull the string and it will make it so the can can be opened easily and safely.

Dear Sirs: I sent an email via your website last week at the end of the All-American Workshop promotion for the Jensen Game Call. To date, no one has contacted me. I did receive an email questionnaire asking me how my experience was in speaking with one of your associates. I responded that no one had contacted me. Very disappointing indeed I have been a user of your product for years and frequently participate in your promotions on line. This last one has been very disappointing. No one knew when the offers would come available I emailed your customer service department and they told me that I should register my email address and phone number to receive text messages of the start of the promotions. I did as was suggested and registered both my email and phone number. I was very disappointed last week to find the promotion had come up and ended I did not receive any emails or text messages from anyone. I still haven't I send an email and asked for someone to contact regarding the promotion and no one has responded. I also asked what time the promotion was offered as I have checked each day, several times a day. It must of been offered in the middle of the night for us on the East Coast You promotions have been very enjoyable in the past but, this one has been terrible. The worst part is that I am a retired tool and die maker and the All American Workshop theme meant a lot to me personally. I am not looking for any free hand outs by any means.
