I am contacting this dept. Only because I have tried contacting through the Burlington office to readjust my account. K6J5W6. Have had run around to change my password since about dealing with cogeco for 25 years I cant remember my favourite animal. Duh (I know its a privacy thing). Reason I want to contact is my payment date (which I wish to get up to date) falls on the 18th of each month. But unfortunately my pension and monies at my bank are not deposited until 27th of each month. Called cpp and old age. I want my due date to fall on the 28th so no NSF or returned (no $$$) in account. Saves you time and me less obligation and agony. Don't say you cant change. Apply it to customer satisfaction who has volunteered at local cogeco for 14 plus years and no cost to you guys. Appreciate the cooperation. Now lets see what you can do. I am outraged at the service I have been receiving from the Representatives I have been speaking with. I switched from Bell to cogeco on May five, 2018, and as of yet they haven't ported over my phone number. I have been receiving a bill from both companies. I've tried numerous times to solve this issue, but to no avail. I would appreciate any help from someone one who knows how to tackle this problem. Annette Meilleur 613-933-5341

Since May five, 2018 I've been trying to get cogeco to port my phone number from Bell, but to no avail. I've been receiving two phone bills because of this. I've spent many phone calls to sort out this problem and they tell me it's looked after, only to find out it's months down the road and it is not looked after. Please help me with this issue.
