I contacted corporate office on June 10th of this year and no one has responded to my issue. I can not get through to anyone on the phone and when I do, they say they can not help me. I am getting very upset with this matter, we have been a customer for almost four years and I am not sure if I want to continue being one unless someone helps us.

You never pick- up my call On 8-1-16 I called and waited for 1hour No one ever picked up the phone I needed to speak with a service representative. I am extremely disappointed. Am looking for another warranty company.

ahs send me a contractor that didn't show or call on time. Contractor received $75 service fee and then Submitted a fraudulent work order that listed unneeded uncovered parts and charges totaling $648 + $75 fee. Totaling $723. I called ahs. I asked ahs to send another contractor. I agreed to pay a 2nd $75 fee if the 2nd contractor affirms the need for all parts listed on 1st contractor invoice. ahs dismissed the concerned of a10 year loyal customer of ahs and honored a a fact proven fraud contractor. The work was done through Home Depot contractor without any of the parts or charges lAaron pluming listed on thier work order or invoice. All the work that was needed should have been 100% covered under my contract. I shouldn't have to pay out of my pocket.
